SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am – 6 pm Saturday & Sunday from 10 am to 10 pm Atlantic Standard Time. We strive to process, pack, and have orders ready for pick-up and delivery within 1 to 3 business days.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Packages can be delivered via:

Glamline TT Standard Delivery (1-3 Days) - This method can be used for orders in value of $50.00 TTD or more and is free of charge.

Glamline TT Next Day Delivery - This method can be used for orders in value of $50.00 TTD or more and will be delivered the day after the purchase was made at a cost of $50.00. If order was paid via bank deposit / online transfer proof of remittance must be sent to Glamline TT on the same day the purchase was made. 

Glamline TT Express Delivery (Public Holidays & After Work Hours) – This method is suitable for rush deliveries outside regular business hours. The minimum value of purchase is $ 50.00 TTD and your package will be delivered to you same day (1-5) hours from the time of purchase at a cost of $150.00 TTD.

TT Post TrackPak (1-3 Days) - TTPOST Courier Services are available for delivery to your shipping address at a cost of $35.00 for packages that are between 1 kg – 3kg with a maximum size of 400 mm x 440 mm
 

DELIVERY 

A Glamline TT representative will contact you as soon as the shipping label for your package has been created. The Glamline TT representative will confirm the delivery address and arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery of your packages.  If the TT Post TrackPak option is the method for delivery your package will be dropped off at a TT Post collection site and a TT Post Representative will contact you regarding delivery.
